The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Agartala, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

    Any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or otherwise, shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly agree that class or representative actions shall not be permitted in any arbitration initiated pursuant to this Policy.
